SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the Canada Post strike, we will be working with UPS to ensure all your orders are delivered in a timely manner. At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternate address.

If you previously placed an order that was shipped with Canada Post before the strike began on Friday, November 15th and have not yet received your package, please note we are diligently monitoring all strike updates and will do our best to relay relevant information.

Canada

LumberJill Apparel offers multiple shipping options to get your orders to your door on time, and safely.​ Shipping options are listed below. If you wish to upgrade package speed, please select an alternate method at checkout. Please note that not all products qualify for upgraded shipping speed. Refer to the Ship Time on the individual product page to see if item qualifies.​

LumberJill Apparel Ltd. is responsible for all shipped goods up until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of goods. Once goods are in the hands of the courier, LumberJill Apparel Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays. If you have selected Flat Rate shipping, LumberJill Apparel Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier.

If you wish to insure your package, select Flat Rate + Insurance or Express Shipping. Should a shipment be lost or stolen a reimbursement or replacement will be considered for insured shipments only.

All shipping options come with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. In the event you don't receive an email with tracking, please check your spam folder or reach out at hello@lumberjillapparel.com

Please note that the shipping times are estimates and not delivery guarantees. Your shipping location may impact the delivery dates.

USA

Flat Rate shipping of $40. All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. In the event you don't receive an email with tracking, please check your spam folder or reach out at hello@lumberjillapparel.com

We love to send our items abroad! Please contact us at hello@lumberjillapparel.com to get a shipping quote based on your location.

Presale Items

If an item is listed as presale your entire package will ship as per the approximate presale ship date indicated on the product page regardless of which shipping service is chosen at checkout. Please place your orders separately if you require non-presale items to arrive ahead of the presale item.

LJA Very Local Advent Box

Xpresspost not available for the LJA Local Advent Box. The box will ship mid November to ensure you receive it before December 1st. All order are FINAL SALE, we will not accept returns or refunds. If there are any issue or concerns with your box (eg. an item is missing or broken), please contact us at hello@lumberjillapparel.com and we will sort it out.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are confident that once you feel and experience your LumberJill Apparel items, you will not look back.

 

If you find a defect in the product, please contact us at hello@lumberjillapparel.com within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will gladly help resolve the issue.

 

If you wish to return or exchange, the item must be shipped back to us within10 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return postage will need to be paid by the customer with tracking. For exchanges, the shipping rate policy will apply to the new order.

Sale items purchased are FINAL SALE including, but not limited to, Warehouse Sales, Annual Rundle Wrap sale, Black Friday Sales, Boxing Week Sales, and Instagram Sales.

​

LumberPup Wraps are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or exchanges, please measure your pooch carefully against the LumberPup Wrap size chart before purchase.

​

Items purchased during the holidays (from November 1 - December 31) qualify for an extended return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed by January 31.

PRICE-PROTECTION

​

Should the price of one of our products be reduced within 14 days after your purchase, present us with your original order number or receipt within 30 days and we will match the price and refund you the difference. If a discount code has previously been applied to your order, you will be refunded the difference.

​

For Example: If you purchased a product using a 10% off code and the product goes on sale for 20% off, you will be refunded the 10% difference.

​

Price-protection does not apply to Black Friday deals.
